- 4 French bread slices

- 250g (8.82 oz) tomatoes, thinly sliced

- 100g (3.53 oz) bocconcini cheese, sliced thickly

- 2 tbsp finely shredded fresh basil

- black pepper, to taste

- 2 tbsp olive oil

directions
- Toast French bread from both sides.
- Top each bread with equal amounts of tomatoes, cheese, black pepper and basil; drizzle with oil to serve.

- 20g (0.71 oz) Butter

- 250g (8.82 oz) Fresh mushrooms (big chunks)

- 1 can Campbell’s Mushroom soup
-
- salt and pepper
-
- 4 hamburger patties
-
- 4 slices emental swiss cheese
-
- 4 slices fresh tomato
-
- 4 onion rings
-
- 4 lettuce leaves

directions
- Melt butter and fry the mushrooms.
- Add Campbell’s soup put on low heat and let simmer.
- Season the patties and grill until done. Add the cheese until it melts.
- Prepare the bun; add patty with the cheese, sauce, tomato, onion, and finally the lettuce.
tips
- Serve with crunchy french fries and coleslaw salad.

- 150g (5.29 oz) goat cheese / 1 ball

- 1 medium onion, finely chopped

- 2 tomatoes, diced
-
- 3 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
-
directions
- Dice the cheese.
- Add onion and tomatoes.
- Sprinkle generously with olive oil.
- Mix all the ingredients.
tips
- Goat Cheese is covered with zaatar and black pepper
- Shanklish is best served with Lebanese pita.
