ingredients
tangy tomato sauce

- 1 box of bolognese sauce

- 1/2 tsp balsamic vinegar

- 1 fresh coriander

- salt

finishing

- 6 tsp pine nuts, roasted

- 6 Tbsp mashed potatoes

- 6 tsp. olive oil
-
- sesame seeds, roasted

directions
- Mix the tomato bolognaise sauce with balsamic vinegar, 2 pinches of salt and coriander branch coarsely chopped.
- In a vodka glass, pour 1 Tbsp tangy tomato sauce; 1/2 tsp pine nuts; then 1 Tbsp mashed potatoes.
- Finishing with 1 tsp olive oil, 1 pinch of salt, 1 pinch of sesame seeds and pine nuts.

ingredients

- 1.5 kg pumpkin
-
- 1 L milk
-
- 1 pinch nutmeg
-
- 1 garlic clove
-
- 1 clove
-
- 100g bacon matches
-
- 1 slice of sandwich loaf

directions
- Empty the pumpkin and form the halloween face (check below illustrations)
- Place the cubes in a pan, the garlic and clove.
- Cover with milk.
- Bring to a boil and cook 20 min on a low heat, covered.
- Remove the garlic and clove. mix until smooth.
- Fry the bacon until brown.
- Add salt and nutmeg.
- Toast 200g whipping cream, rub it with garlic and cut into cubes.
- Whip the cream using.
- Place the pumpkin mixture into the shooters, pipe the whipped cream, add the bacon and finally the crouton.

tips
- For whipping the cream: Chill in advance the container you are using. Start on a lower level and gradually speed up without splashing. When you obtain a soft peak means the cream is ready.
