ingredients
- 2 shots raspberry liqueur
-
- 2 shots triple sec
-
- ice cubes
-
- 1/2 lime
-
- 2 Tbsp sugar

- 1 mini candy cane
-
directions
- Place the sugar in a plate; with the lime cut in half, wet the rim of the martini glass then dip it into the sugar.
- In a shaker, pour the raspberry liqueur, triple sec and splash of lime; Shake it until it’s very cold.
- Finally pour the drink inside the glass and place the mini candy cane. Cheers!

ingredients

- 12 Mint Leaves
-
- 15ml freshly squeezed lime juice
-
- 2 teaspoon sugar
-
- cubed ice
-
- 50ml rum
-
- 60ml of soda water
-
directions
- Place the mint leaves into a long mojito glass and muddle to release the flavour.
- Pour over the lime juice, sugar and fill half of the glass with ice; Stir until the sugar is dissolved.
- Fill the glass with the ice and add the rum, soda and with a teaspoon distribute the mint.
- Garnish with mint spring or lemon slice.

ingredients

- 1 L water
-
- 300 ml green tea
-
- 1 tea bag
-
- 1 orange
-
- sugar to taste
-
- 4 scoops vanilla ice cream
-
- 250 ml whipped cream
-
directions
- Bring the water to a boil; Place the green tea leaves inside the tea bag then add to the water; Let it steep for three minutes then remove the bag.
- Grate the orange peel then squeeze it and save the juice and the peel. Add the orange juice and sugar to the green tea and stir well.
- Refrigerate the mixture.
- Put the vanilla scoop into glasses and pour the cold green tea over it. Decorate with whipped cream and the grated orange peel.
tips
- Pour 1/3 of the cup tea since the vanilla ice cream will start to melt.
